Your role:

• Lead Pixie's market entry and business development strategy in Germany.
• Build and nurture relationships with new clients and partners.
• Identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Select, onboard and mentor Business managers

What we are looking for:

• Full autonomy in business development within the IT staffing industry.
• Deep understanding of the German market and professional culture.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong network in staffing, or tech sectors.
• Native German and English fluent.
