The first port of call for all HR-related queries. This team handles employee documentation, contracts, onboarding packs , payroll preparation, leave management, benefits optimization, climate surveys, and company events.
Talent Aquesition
In charge of internal recruitment with the core goal of attracting the best professionals in the sector for all group companies across Spain, France, and the USA.
Learning & Development
Aligns individual employee goals and performance with those of the Group by identifying skill gaps and delivering tailored training to bridge them.
Business Administration, Accounting & Finance
Oversees and supervises all aspects of our group business operations, spanning sales administration, accounting, corporate finance, office management, and purchasing.
Global Expansion
Responsible for the group’s international organic and inorganic growth, both by opening new offices for existing brands and executing M&A strategies to broaden our portfolio.
Legal & Compliance
Manages all legal external matters, including corporate compliance, commercial law, employment law, and litigation management across a diverse and complex portfolio.
IT Support
Dedicated to managing our technical infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing swift, reliable troubleshooting and hardware/software support to all employees across the group.

Marketing & Events
Optimizes internal and external communication, branding, and event planning. They manage our intranet, video production, websites, graphics, market research, and social media campaigns.
BPM
Models, analyzes, improves, and automates our organization’s business tools to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs. BPM oversees critical stack applications like the Kube app, Factorial, Timesheetportal, Sage, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Bullhorn Department
A specialized spin-off from BPM focused exclusively on the Bullhorn product ecosystem (CRM, ATS, Analytics, and Automation). They define key features, manage custom workflows, APIs, data models, and dashboards in close collaboration with directors.
