At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking to expand our Talent department by hiring a new Talent Consultant, who will be key in the company’s growth.
If you are the chosen candidate, you will focus on managing various IT/Engineering recruitment and selection processes for our clients, primarily targeting the local market in Germany.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Collaborating with the Business team to identify needs and gather requirements.
- Posting job offers and conducting direct searches for professionals using 2.0 tools.
- Conducting initial interviews and following up on recruitment processes.
- Performing additional tasks within recruitment, hiring, and employer branding.
What our ideal candidate looks like:
- Higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within HR consultancy, technology, headhunting.
- Knowledge of IT/Engineering profiles is valued.
- Fluent German and English (B2-C1 level).
- Spanish is highly valued.
