At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking to expand our Talent department by hiring a new Talent Consultant, who will be key in the company’s growth.

 

If you are the chosen candidate, you will focus on managing various IT/Engineering recruitment and selection processes for our clients, primarily targeting the local market in Germany.

 

What will your responsibilities be?

 

  • Collaborating with the Business team to identify needs and gather requirements.
  • Posting job offers and conducting direct searches for professionals using 2.0 tools.
  • Conducting initial interviews and following up on recruitment processes.
  • Performing additional tasks within recruitment, hiring, and employer branding.

 

What our ideal candidate looks like:

 

  • Higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within HR consultancy, technology, headhunting.
  • Knowledge of IT/Engineering profiles is valued.
  • Fluent German and English (B2-C1 level).
  • Spanish is highly valued.
